Busan City Sports Association Kim Soo-hyun, World Weightlifting Championship Bronze Medal
Weightlifting national representative Kim Soo-hyun (27) from the Busan Sports Council won a bronze medal at the World Championships.
At the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) 2022 World Championships held in Bogota, Colombia on the 14th (local time), Kim Soo-hyun lifted 108kg snatch and 137kg snatch at the women’s -76kg class event, lifting a total of 245kg to the podium.
Kim Soo-hyun, who placed 5th with a total of 239kg at last year’s World Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, successfully lifted her medal by achieving her personal best of 6kg in one year.
