Hwang Seon-Hong Ho defeated Iraq with Go Young-Jun’s winning goal and won two consecutive victories.
The under-22 (U-22) Korean national soccer team, led by head coach Hwang Seon-hong, defeated Iraq 1-0 in the Doha Cup U-22 friendly match held at the Qatar Club Stadium on the 26th at 2:30 am (Korean time). This was the second consecutive win following the 3-0 win over Oman.
The starting list was revealed before the game. Heo Yul, Hong Yun-sang, Kwon Hyuk-gyu, Park Kyu-hyeon, Choi Kang-min, Jang Si-young, Park Chang-hwan, Jung Han-min, Lee Sang-hyeok, Cho Hyeon-taek, and Kim Jeong-hoon started.
